9. What is the difference between a contract of indemnity and a contract of guarantee? what are the rights or surety as against the creditor, [romco[a; debtor and Co-surities?
10. What is an agency? Define the agent and principal. Distinguish between sub-agent and substituted agent.
11. What is the difference between Bailment and Pledge? Explain the rights and duties of Pawnee.

12. Distinguish between condition and Warranty. In what circumstances can breach of condition be treated as a breach of warranty? state the various conditions of sale of goods contract.
13. Define partnership and partnership deed. Explain the main elements of a partnership. Under what circumstances a partnership firm may be dissolved by the Court?
